Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or related setting
- ability to mentor and lead others effectively
- strong organizational and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- strong coaching and mentoring skills
- passion for developing and leading teams
- goal-oriented with a focus on driving results and achieving targets
- ability to create a positive team culture
Job Duties
- Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with the leadership team to achieve success
- leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments
- building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of the restaurant
- creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
