Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or related setting
  • ability to mentor and lead others effectively
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • passion for developing and leading teams
  • goal-oriented with a focus on driving results and achieving targets
  • ability to create a positive team culture

Job Duties

  • Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with the leadership team to achieve success
  • leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments
  • building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of the restaurant
  • creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
