Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous experience as a general manager or equivalent leadership role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations
- passion for team development and customer service
- goal-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- passionate about developing and leading teams with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- excited by the challenge of driving results and achieving targets
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with leadership team to achieve success
- leading and mentoring department and shift managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching
- building and developing a high-performing team to ensure future success
- creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
