Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
  • Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team
  • Strong focus on goal achievement and business results
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and driving results
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and motivating work environment

Job Duties

  • Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success
  • Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments
  • Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant
  • Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
