Job Requirements

- Previous leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team
- Strong focus on goal achievement and business results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Ability to create a positive and motivating work environment
Job Duties
- Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success
- Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments
- Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant
- Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
