Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, managing the host stand with professionalism
- Manage takeout orders by accurately processing customer requests, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring timely order preparation and pickup
- Maintain clear communication with both customers and team members to address questions, special requests, and resolve any issues efficiently
- Organize seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow and accommodate guest preferences while adhering to safety and capacity guidelines
- Keep the host area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials to support smooth operations throughout the shift
