Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation management software preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of takeout orders
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with takeout inquiries and orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and takeout station
