Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
- seat guests in a timely and efficient manner, taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests
- coordinate with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations
