- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
- Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner, taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Handle takeout orders and ensure timely preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
