Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Previous experience in a bartending or serving role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Certification in responsible beverage service
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine pairings
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drink orders
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
