- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drink orders
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
