- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Certification in bartending or mixology preferred
- Experience in fine dining establishments preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices
