Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No experience required, on the job training provided
  • May require a commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a specific class and endorsement
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to passenger assistance and vehicle maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • One year of prior work experience as a passenger shuttle driver preferred
  • Ability to operate and handle specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to perform safety and compliance checks
  • Capable of following evacuation plans and protocols
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
  • Load and unload passengers and luggage
  • Ensure safe operation and handling of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • Inspect vehicles regularly for unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttle
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans
  • Report any incidents or claims immediately
  • Refuel shuttle and maintain fuel use logs
  • Disinfect shuttle after each use
  • Perform pre- and post-inspection activities to ensure safety and compliance with standards
