Job Requirements
- hs diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years broker services experience
- minimum of 5 years related claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing experience
- able to work virtually with required in-person training sessions
- located within reasonable commuting distance of specified locations
- complies with vaccination requirements
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 5 years related claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing experience
- associate's degree preferred
- knowledge and experience in California line of business preferred
- experience in claims, benefits, billing, and enrollments preferred
- strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Duties
- provides dedicated operational support and expertise to Elite Broker contacts
- acts as a single point of service for phone and email inquiries, claims, enrollment, and billing
- keeps operational and sales teams informed of market issues
- handles escalations and service-related broker issues
- investigates and resolves customer service errors
- coordinates complaint resolution related to billing and services
- assists and trains brokers on electronic applications and tools
- participates in broker site visits
- seeks and responds to internal and external customer needs
