Job Requirements

  • hs diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years broker services experience
  • minimum of 5 years related claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing experience
  • able to work virtually with required in-person training sessions
  • located within reasonable commuting distance of specified locations
  • complies with vaccination requirements
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • hs diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years broker services experience
  • minimum of 5 years related claims, customer service, enrollment, and billing experience
  • associate's degree preferred
  • knowledge and experience in California line of business preferred
  • experience in claims, benefits, billing, and enrollments preferred
  • strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Duties

  • provides dedicated operational support and expertise to Elite Broker contacts
  • acts as a single point of service for phone and email inquiries, claims, enrollment, and billing
  • keeps operational and sales teams informed of market issues
  • handles escalations and service-related broker issues
  • investigates and resolves customer service errors
  • coordinates complaint resolution related to billing and services
  • assists and trains brokers on electronic applications and tools
  • participates in broker site visits
  • seeks and responds to internal and external customer needs
