Job Requirements

- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality

- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
- Ability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 65 lbs
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by fostering relationships and positive interactions
- Be consistent in providing customers exactly what they ordered, maintaining speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude to uplift teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call out procedures
- Help out teammates as needed during busy or changing circumstances
