Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
- Pass and maintain all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and adapting to various weather conditions
- Demonstrate proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Show willingness to learn and uphold company standards continually
- Follow proper call out procedures and communicate scheduling needs effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mental math for cash transactions
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Flexible to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and creating special moments
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials

- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
