Job Requirements

  • Food Handler Permit or certification required by state or local regulations
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts of up to 10 hours
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
  • Proficient written, verbal, and oral communication skills in English
  • Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Mental math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company culture and procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a positive moment
  • Assist customers by asking questions and educating them about the menu, products, and specials
  • Maintain and embody the company culture of love, service, and community in every interaction
  • Deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality service ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered
  • Foster a positive attitude and optimism in the workplace to uplift teammates and customers
  • Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following proper call out procedures
  • Support team members and assist with tasks as needed during shifts
