Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or certification required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts of up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Proficient written, verbal, and oral communication skills in English
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Mental math skills for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company culture and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a positive moment
- Assist customers by asking questions and educating them about the menu, products, and specials
- Maintain and embody the company culture of love, service, and community in every interaction
- Deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality service ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered
- Foster a positive attitude and optimism in the workplace to uplift teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following proper call out procedures
- Support team members and assist with tasks as needed during shifts
