Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to perform mental math
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to complete all mandatory trainings and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English
- Ability to perform basic mental math for cash handling
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local or state regulations
- Willingness to complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Adaptable and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing exceptional service
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and current specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building positive relationships and representing company values
- Be consistent in delivering quality, speed, and accuracy in all services
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among team members and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability properly
- Help out teammates and adapt to changing circumstances as needed
