Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Written and verbal proficiency in English, with additional language skills valued
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and lift up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to complete and maintain required trainings and certifications according to company and legal standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Food handler permit or willingness to obtain as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved with the role
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold the culture by embodying kindness, positivity and relationship-building
- Deliver speed, quality, and consistent service to ensure each customer gets exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism within the team and customers
- Show up on time and communicate availability needs and follow call out procedures
- Support teammates as needed to maintain smooth operations
