Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications including federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to stand and be in motion for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 65 pounds
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Compliance with company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and verbal English proficiency
- Ability to perform mental math
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately
- Adaptability to changing environments
- Positive and people-first attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Provide personalized recommendations and educate customers on menu items and specials
- Maintain speed, quality, and consistency in preparing and delivering orders
- Uphold the Dutch Bros culture by fostering positive relationships with customers and teammates
- Arrive on time and communicate availability and schedule needs clearly
- Support teammates as needed by helping out during busy periods or special circumstances
- Participate in training and certification programs to meet company standards and regulatory requirements
