Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain a valid food handler permit or certification as required
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to stand and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- proficiency in English communication
- pass all required trainings and certifications
- adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for coffee and community engagement
Job Duties
- greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
- educate customers about menu options and specials
- embody the company culture and values in every interaction
- ensure orders are prepared with speed, quality, and consistency
- maintain a positive and reliable attitude at work
- support team members and assist as needed
- participate in and contribute to the company tip pool after training
