Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Mental math proficiency
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and work in varied weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is valued
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, other languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Duties
- Engage with customers and provide a warm greeting and thank you
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture and values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service for all orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all interactions
- Show up reliably on time and communicate availability clearly
- Assist and support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
