Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and be in movement for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Strong communication skills including written, oral, and verbal English
- Completion of training and ability to pass knowledge tests
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic math skills
- Fluency in English
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Food handler permit or certification preferred
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and providing exceptional service
- Ask and educate customers about menu options and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by fostering relationships and positivity
- Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and accuracy of orders
- Demonstrate positivity and optimism in all interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed and support the team environment
