Job Requirements
- availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- pass and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- verbal and written proficiency in English
- adherence to all company policies and procedures
- flexibility to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as stooping and kneeling
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- ability to perform mental math
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is a plus
- ability to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a positive attitude
- willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- ask customers about their preferences and educate them about the menu and specials
- embody the company culture and foster positive relationships
- ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service by accurately fulfilling orders
- maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all customer interactions
- be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- support teammates and assist with tasks as needed
