Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification required before or upon employment
- Ability to complete and pass all company trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills sufficient for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by building relationships with customers and teammates
- Deliver consistent service focusing on speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among coworkers and customers
- Show reliability by arriving on time and following call out procedures
- Assist teammates and support the store operations as needed
