Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mental math and handle cash
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
- Willingness to complete and pass required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience advantageous
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts up to 10 hours
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and lifting up to 65 lbs
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials

- Ensure consistent speed, quality, and service in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers
