Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or certification as required
- Complete required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in English communication
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and learning new procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler Permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide extraordinary customer experiences
- Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials to meet their needs
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros Coffee culture, emphasizing relationships and community
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in product preparation and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among coworkers and customers
- Arrive on time and communicate availability, following call out procedures
- Support team members and help out as needed during shifts
