Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler permit or certification as required
- Adhere to all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Complete all required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Proficient in written, oral, and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold the company culture by building relationships with customers and coworkers
- Ensure speed, quality, and service consistency in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism at all times
- Arrive on time and communicate availability needs
- Assist teammates and support shifts as needed
