Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
- Must complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in English communication, additional languages valued
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Adaptability and positivity in changing circumstances
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
