Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Complete and pass required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Written, oral, and verbal proficiency in English
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Prepare for occasional stooping, kneeling, crawling, and working in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- People-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and complete necessary trainings and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials

- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service
