Job Requirements
- Availability to work minimum 15 hours per week
- Punctual and reliable with attendance
- Ability to work at any shop within operator's territory as needed
- Adherence to company appearance and conduct guidelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Must have reliable transportation
- Possess current Food Handlers Certification if applicable
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare drinks according to Dutch Bros standards
- Engage and welcome customers with a smile
- Educate customers about menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and appropriate atmosphere in the shop
- Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies
- Show up on time and follow appearance guidelines
- Collaborate effectively as a team member
