Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or certification as required by local regulations
- ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- capability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- willingness to complete all required trainings and certifications
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- ability to perform basic mental math
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
- customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Engage customers with a warm greeting and friendly demeanor
- ask questions to understand customer needs and educate them about the menu and specials
- embody and promote the company culture and philosophy
- consistently deliver products with speed, quality, and excellent service
- maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and customers
- show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- assist team members and support store operations as needed
