Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or retail experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English required
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing work circumstances
- Friendly and positive interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Engage with customers daily by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and uphold the company culture and philosophy
- Ensure consistency by delivering orders accurately with speed and quality
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in interactions
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
