Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Complete and pass all required training and certification programs
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Must be adaptable and able to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- English proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Engage customers with a friendly greeting and thank them with a smile
- Assist customers by asking questions and educating them about the menu and current specials
- Embody the company culture by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members
- Deliver consistently fast, high-quality service ensuring that orders are accurate
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude that encourages a supportive work environment
- Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support team members and help out with various tasks as needed
