Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as per state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Completion and passing of required trainings and knowledge tests
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and move during shifts which can last up to 10 hours
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds
- English proficiency in written, oral, and verbal communication
- Adherence to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Availability to work flexible hours including possible exposure to various weather conditions
- Mental math skills to handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and pass company trainings and certifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a team player mindset
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros Coffee culture centered on relationships
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to deliver accurate orders
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability needs
- Support teammates and help out as needed
