Job Requirements

  • Food handler permit or certification as required by local or state regulations
  • Reliable transportation to be punctual for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move actively for shifts up to 10 hours
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 65 lbs
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions with provided company gear
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Adherence to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Ability to perform mental math as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and community involvement
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
  • Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and current specials
  • Embody and promote the company culture through positive interactions and relationships
  • Deliver consistent quality, speed, and service ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered
  • Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and customers
  • Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability needs
  • Help out teammates as needed to support operations
