Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable transportation to be on time for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, or move for up to 10 hours
- Willingness to complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold and embody Dutch Bros culture by focusing on relationships and community
- Ensure speed, quality, and service so customers receive exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Show up to work on time, communicate availability, and follow call out procedures
- Support teammates and help out as needed during busy or changing circumstances
