Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
- Completion and passing of mandated trainings including federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, or move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 65 pounds
- Written and verbal English proficiency
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Commitment to upholding Dutch Bros core values and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to interact positively with diverse customers
- Strong communication skills including written and verbal English proficiency
- Adaptability to changing work environments and schedules
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to maintain food handler permit or acquire as required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Provide customers with moments of special engagement
- Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Uphold Dutch Bros culture by fostering meaningful customer relationships
- Deliver consistent service emphasizing speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism to coworkers and customers
- Arrive on time for shifts and communicate availability
- Support team members and assist as needed
