Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Pass and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and oral English proficiency
- Ability to perform mental math
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
Job Duties
- Engage with every customer by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers on the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture and values, focusing on relationships
- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service ensuring accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates by providing support as needed
