Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong communication skills including English proficiency
- Capability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills including written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Basic math skills required for cash handling
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing exceptional service
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody Dutch Bros' culture by building relationships and upholding company values
- Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive attitude and motivate teammates to foster a friendly environment
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help teammates as needed and adapt to changing circumstances
