Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local laws
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Completion and passing of required trainings and certifications
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 65 lbs
- Adherence to company policies and the Employee Handbook
- Mental math skills
- Willingness to support team members and adjust to changing circumstances
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environment
- Ability to stand and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody and uphold Dutch Bros company culture and values
- Ensure speed, quality, and service so customers get exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire optimism among coworkers and customers
- Show up to work on time and communicate availability needs
- Support teammates and help out as needed during shifts
