Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion and maintenance of Food Handler Permit or certification
- Compliance with all company policies and trainings
- English proficiency
- Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills in written, oral, and verbal English
- Customer service experience a plus but not required
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain as required by local laws
- Adaptability to changing work environments and tasks
- Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Provide consistent, speedy, and high-quality service
- Embody and promote the company culture of love and positivity
- Maintain reliability by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates by helping out as needed
- Adhere to company policies and complete required trainings and certifications
