Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation to be on time for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 pounds, and working in various weather conditions
- Completion and passing of required company trainings and certifications
- Adherence to company policies as outlined in employee handbook
- Ability to perform simple mental math
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience valued but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Certification or ability to obtain a Food Handler Permit as required by state or local laws
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by building relationships and promoting core values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service delivering customers exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability effectively
- Help out and support the team as needed during shifts
