Job Requirements

Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts and meetings
Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10-hour shifts
Capacity to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
Willingness to learn and complete required training programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
Help customers learn about menu items, products, and specials
Uphold and embody Dutch Bros cultural values in all interactions
Ensure speed, quality, and service so customers receive exactly what they ordered
Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among friends and coworkers
Show up reliably and on time, communicating availability and following call out procedures
Support teammates and assist with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
