Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Pass and complete all required company trainings and certifications
- Be reliable with punctual attendance and dependable transportation
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 lbs, and work up to 10-hour shifts
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Follow company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Mental math ability for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace teamwork
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special experience
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and focus on relationship building
- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and exceptional service
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude with all interactions
- Show up ready to work on time and communicate availability
- Support teammates and assist as needed
