Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as per local regulations
- Ability to pass and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and educate them on menu options and specials
