Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
  • Pass and complete all required trainings and certifications
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle cash and perform simple math
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
  • Ask and educate customers about the menu and current specials
