Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local laws
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications including federal, state, and local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including hot and cold
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, or crawling occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or foodservice experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills including written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Team player with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Authentic personality that radiates kindness and positivity
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing exceptional service
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on menu items and specials
- Embody and uphold the company culture focused on relationship building and positivity
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service by delivering orders accurately
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism in all interactions
- Arrive on time and communicate availability while following call-out procedures
- Support team members and assist with tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations
