Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local regulations
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures
- Have reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Be prepared for occasional work in varying weather conditions
- Follow proper call-out procedures and availability communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu items and current specials
- Embody and uphold Dutch Bros culture and values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service for every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism throughout shifts
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed during busy or unexpected situations
