Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, or be in motion during shifts up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Proficiency in English communication, additional languages a plus
- Willingness to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
- Compliance with company policies, including the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by building positive relationships
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism with coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
