Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
- Pass and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mental math
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with a special moment
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and build relationships with customers
- Ensure speed, quality, and service consistency
- Maintain a positive attitude and uplift teammates and customers
- Arrive on time and communicate availability appropriately
- Support the team and step in when needed
