Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook
- Have reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Possess proficiency in English communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, sometimes up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask questions and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
